Picton Maritime Festival and Longboat Regatta 2010

Picton is a vibrant seaside town which celebrates its maritime history by holding a festival annually on its Foreshore. Visit Picton on the 23rd of January to enjoy all things maritime at the free to enter festival.

The festival has something for everyone with a raft race, the new Navy ship, a children's programme featuring the Funky Monkey's, a market, food stalls, and a beer tent where you can enjoy some of New Zealand's best brews while taking in Picton's stunning scenery.
